Be Kind to One Another
The Random Acts of Kindness Day is observed on February 17th each year. Individuals, groups, and organizations celebrate it nationwide to encourage acts of kindness. The idea is that if we focus on one day of kindness, that it may catch on and spread throughout the year.
One thing for sure is to be kind, one must think about the other person and not yourself. Some traits that complement kindness are love, goodness, selflessness, caring, graciousness, and empathy. And kindness is kindness when the person receiving the kindness realizes that the other person is being kind.
In Galatians 5:22, ‘But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. Kindness is not weakness. It is not compromising the truth. It does not give into evil. Kindness is the way we act and speak. It is an attitude, a quality of character that stands firm. Kindness is a sign of Greatness, and it is a leadership trait.
Be the leader and be kind to one another. Be the bigger person and be kind to everyone. Stop being busy and be kind and help someone.
Kindness Which Can Be Shown to Others
Let me be a little kinder,
Let me be a little blinder
To the faults of those about me;
Let me praise a little more;
Let me be, when I am weary,
Just a little bit more cheery;
Let me serve a little better
Those that I am striving for.

A Bison Prayer
Lord, make us loving, encouraging leaders.
Help us to slow down and be alert for those who need
Smiles, our kind words, or our helping hands
We would like to make kindness our centerpiece of our dealing with others.
Let our love for God be reflected through the kindness that we show to our
Associates, to our families, our friends, and to all who need the healing touch of God’ s hands. They will be blessed, and so will we. In this we pray, Amen.
Show kindness!
